Hi, I'm Krishna. I'm a data analyst who came to data through the oilfield.

I spent six years in measurement- and logging-while-drilling field roles at Halliburton, first in USA and then in India. In that job, formations speak in numbers and I was the interpreter. Today I do the same thing at DarkVision Technologies, analyzing high-resolution downhole ultrasound data to find casing pipe deformation, corrosion and scaling, and turning it into well-integrity reports clients can act on.

Outside work I build data projects on whatever catches my curiosity, from USDA pesticide residues to World Bank lending. Away from the screen you'll find me doing astrophotography, playing PC games, or on a badminton court.
